Profile

Bred by Dr. Peter Darby at Wye Hops in Kent in 2002, Endeavour is a delightful offspring of the Cascade hop and a hedgerow hop. This lineage gives it a complex aroma and flavor profile that is both well-rounded and fruity. Endeavour hops are characterized by their spicy notes of lemon, citrus, and blackcurrant, making them ideal for a variety of beer styles, including Pale Ale, English Ale, and Lager. The hop's aroma is further described as having complex blackcurrant, loganberry, and spice notes, with a grapefruit and lime undertone. It's gentler than its parent, Cascade, and has been described as having well-rounded and fruity bittering characteristics.
