White Labs Whitbread Ale (WLP017) is a liquid ale yeast that is highly flocculent with high attenuation. It has an alcohol tolerance of medium and its ideal fermentation temperature ranges from 19.0-21.0 °C. This yeast produces well balanced ales with good malt and hop character, as well as a subtle fruity ester profile. Its clean flavor makes it an excellent choice for many styles of beer, including English Pale Ales, IPAs, and Brown Ales.
