It has a high flocculation and an attenuation of 69.0%, making it ideal for producing a wide range of beer styles including pale ales, ESB's, and brown ales. It has an alcohol tolerance of 10.0% making it well-suited for higher gravity beers. The ideal fermentation temperature for this strain is 17.0-22.0°C (63-72°F). This yeast produces a pleasant fruity ester character with light to moderate levels of sulfur compounds which will fade away as the beer matures.
